[Lowfer] Beacon PC at 185.3

OK Paul.  I'll set up on 185.3015 with a saw filter on .300.  It wasn't
long ago that I was excited to see Buzz Saw Bill's signal.  But now his
signal is so strong and consistent that I feel compelled to relinquish
NC's title of "pest beacon" to WA.
