[Lowfer] software problem?

I have been running the QSR V3.11 software on the BAT beacon. Every time I
have run it, it quits after 3 transmissions - it goes into a "wait" state.
Previously when I restarted the program it ran all night. Tonight, I had
to restart it twice (and who knows if it will keep running). Anyone else
had any wierd experiences with this program?
