Good, so now I know that it isn't my receive setup. I was beginning to think
the HP had a birdie. Whew. So is there a new service on the band??? Maybe
the aliens signals are finally getting to earth.

I likewise have a signal here on 185.298. It's fairly solid here...appears
to be a
straight carrier without any modulation. Your guess is as good as mine.
