[Lowfer] How to stop recieving LOWFER messages.

To stop recieving email from the LOWFER list, visit the following page: 
 http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/lowfer

Scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your email, and click "Edit Options".

You may have to ask the server for the password, 
then go back to the page and type in the password.

After recieving your password, you may return to the page, click "Edit Options" and ask to be removed.
