Dick,
I haven't got a second to check my "mailman" messages to determine who all
saw this, but can you do this so we can try to pin down the area of
coverage? It could be a skywave signal (especially if there is fading), and
in that case, pinning down the location could be nearly impossible. The
characteristics of the signal sure make this look like it was a 'planed'
event for the party and the Rat Pack, I'm sure, had nothing to do with it.

Okay Bill!
Now you've Peaked my interest .... do you have any idea what that
"sloper" could be??? A guy about 20 miles away from me saw it too. It
seemed that it was moving down in frequency with changes exactly every 5
minutes of 0.1 Hz.
