Most likely an uninvited guest! Or one of Dexes pranks again.

Subject: [Lowfer] odd signal

About 0230, some odd thing drifted in here ... it is a series of 5 minute
long carriers that started (well, faded in) on 183.8 KHz and shifted down
almost exactly 100 hertz increments. It faded out at 0322 and was on 182.9
at that time. Peak signal was at 0300Z. My screen capture shows a neat
stairstep going down. Any ideas?
Conard
