[Lowfer] NC JASON mode reprots

Two reports were received for last night's JASON mode transmission. 
Paul, W1VLF, had partial copy but not as good as his first reception.  A
new report was received from Conard Murray, WS4S from Cookeville, TN. 
Conard reported several lines of near perfect copy around midnight. 

The JASON format signal will be on most of the day and will run again
tonight until the TX buffer empties sometime between 1 to 2 a.m. EST.
