[Lowfer] Mystery Signal at 182.2

Do you really think that was Lyle?  If so, was it some kind of transmission
mode I am not familiar with?  I'm kind of new at this, but you can't fool me
with that Dot Bird stuff, I could hear a faint quacking and think they might
have been ducks.......
