Thanks John,

I changed the voltage to the final to approx 1/10 normal and the input 
current to the final reads exactly 1/10 of the current at the full 1w level. 
My chart recorder (input current) and ARGO indicate the signal is stable. 
Note that this is 10mw input power or 1/100 X.

I'll check out your Web capture shortly and readjust the input current so 
the signal is at a low level.
