Per Bill Ashlock's request, I am currently running screen captures of
185.300 posted to the web every 10 minutes at:

My loop is aimed at him, and the preamp is engaged. He's supposed to be
reducing power to weaken the signal considerably.

The capture will stay up until some point this afternoon, when I will need
the receiver for work on my transmit antenna.
