[Lowfer] Likely last weekend for XM

I will be conducting another DX test with Steve McDonald this
weekend, with XM running full time on 184.898khz in QRSS60 mode.

Since I've finally gotten the tuned active whip and 10 foot air loops
repaired from their storm damage, I plan to start doing some serious
recording looking for other lowfers on Monday. XM will only be
on by request for the rest of the season at that point.

So, if you still need the XM QSL card for the wall, please try again
this weekend. It may be the last transmission for a month or so.
