Beacon NC is now transmitting JASON, Alberto di Bene, I2PHD's new
masterpiece.  JASON software can be downloaded from:

NC is presently transmitting on 177.200 KHz.  I don't know how to loop
the text buffer to keep the message repeating but I will keep it loaded
until at least midnight EST (0500 UTC).
