[Lowfer] XMGR Too Long!

Finally received part of XMGR early this A.M.  Les, the call is too long, I
got a pretty clear XM but no GR!
CONDX seemed very favorable last night for the continental US.  At 11 P.M.
I noticed that NDB GLS in Galveston, TX was booming in but the EU BC
stations were not as loud as they had been for the last few nights.
