Both of the other Johns and Don all make some interesting points.

It's OK with me if replying defaults to the reflector, as other e-mail lists
do, but I have noticed one change in behavior that is less than convenient.
When the reflector worked the other way, we had a choice of using Reply and
responding only to the original sender...or, if we clicked Reply to All, we
could reply to the original sender _and_ to the list simultaneously.

Now, however, Reply to All (at least on Outlook) sends two copies of the
message to the reflector and none to the individual.  To CC: the original
sender, one most go into the original message, extract the address, and
paste it manually into the reply.

Just a small thing, but if it's feasible to change that part of how it
works, it could come in handy.
