[Lowfer] Message Rejections

This is not a change, but the question has come up. I have rejected a couple 
messages because they were from non-members. Then I get an irate email that 
"I have been a member since the spark days..."

In all cases, investigation has shown that the individual subscribed with one 
address, and tried to post with another.

It does not work! You can subscribe with both addresses, and set one 
"nomail." Then you can post with both. Otherwise, non-member submissions get 
bounced.

(Unless you would rather see all the posts from "SEXY TEENS DO IT AFTER 
SCHOOL!")
