I hope I haven't caused any problems for you with the SHMRG, Mike.  I'm not
mad about anything...just full of questions and a little wary, because of
the potential implications.  The WC2XSR license is broader in scope, after
all, than what AMRAD or Paul Signorelli or anyone else have asked for up to
this point.

And for the record, I think the way you described _your_ intended operation
should not offend anyone on this reflector.  You have come across as a
responsible individual, concerned with the LF community at large, ever since
you've been posting here, and I don't think that's going to change now.

But I really, earnestly believe the community deserves to be fully aware of
events that have been going on out of view of most of us, but which are now
about to affect us directly.  An open flow of information with the parties
involved will do more to relieve our concerns (if that's possible) than nice
thoughts expressed about LowFERs in our absence.

News of WC2XSR is going to propagate far outside the confines of this
reflector over the next few days anyway.  For my own part in reporting that
news, I'd like to have all sides of the story available to tell, just as I
feel the members of this list would like to have all sides outlined to them.
