[Lowfer] Not All Messages Getting to All Members?

The past few days have seen a number of posts arriving from the reflector
with "Re:" ahead of them, but no messages have previously showed up with the
subject line cited.  A couple of them include:

[Lowfer] Re: Maxed out... Huh...  (from Les Rayburn, cc: WE0H)

[Lowfer] Re: Your message to Lowfer awaits moderator approval  (from W2AGN,
cc: Mr K Rudolph)

After a less-than-trouble-free change such as recently took place on the
reflector, it tends to leave one wondering whether some messages are not
being delivered to the entire subscriber list.  If perchance these are
replies to private e-mail that the sender is also forwarding to the list
(and thus are first-time posts to the reflector, not replies to a message
here), perhaps we could agree on a way to identify them as such?
