You indicated that you could receive WWVB. If you tune to that frequency and
run ARGO (start with the 3 second mode), can you see the line for the WWVB
carrier? What audio frequency does ARGO report? What frequency is the
receiver tuned to?

The reason I'm asking is that if you're going to look for QRSS60 signals,
you've got to know your receive frequency pretty accurately, as the ARGO
window is only about 3 Hz wide in that mode.
