Indeed it is Mr. Horne's program.  And it's especially disconcerting to me
not to have seen a response either, as I had sent one yesterday.  :-)

Ranger would do well to look into programs other than GRAM, though, as it
continues to be optimized more for scientific use than radio.  Argo and (for
maximum flexibility) Spectran or Hamview would be better choices.  We now
have *updated* links to all these programs and other sources of DSP software
at lwca.org by clicking on the Ham & Digital Modes button near the top of
the home page.
