[Lowfer] Common Freq

I do not condone any sort of organization in my recommendation for a temporary
Cluster Frequency (CF) since I am an anarchist at heart -- but rather suggest it
as sort of a Grand Finale for what has been a good season for us LOWFERS. Then
everybody can go back to doing their own thing(s). There just aren't enough
good monitoring days left to hit all of the current pairings.
I am, however, in agreement that our current microscopic studies of differing
propagation at frequencies several kHz apart are an important part of our
contributions to the advancement of the technology. I find that 182 kHz favors
east west directions (perhaps slightly better to the west) and that 184 kHz
seems to be more polar in nature. I am still looking for a highly directional
frequency that points towards XM(GR) as I am having trouble hearing him lately.
I look forward to hearing from those of you who support a year/season-end CF
activity.
