I completely support this proposal. It is logical and as I pointed
out in my earlier proposal about regional beacons, it could
allow both mode experimentation and weak signal work to
flourish by generating more listeners for all of us.

A suggestion: I think we should group the beacons by
amateur callsign regions. For instance, all beacons within
the " 1 " call area would be grouped together, all in
region " 4 " etc.

I think we should really work towards setting this up during the off
season. An article outlining how this would work in the Lowdown etc.
We also need to encourage the "casual" CW beacon operators to
adopt this bandplan.
