[Lowfer] Yet another LEK frequency change -- to 182.150 kHz

Both John Andrews and Lloyd Chastant have reported QRM problems on 182.250
kHz, so I have moved down to 182.150 kHz to see if that helps.

Speaking of QRM, I just received printouts of LEK QRSS60 screen captures
from "RED" in Florida (LEK was on 182.1995 kHz at the time). On each of the
captures there was a steady carrier exactly 0.5 Hz above LEK, right where
BRO should be. On closer examination, BRO is visible in some of the captures
as a slight broadening of the QRM line.

Geez, it's hard to find a clear spot on the LF band. And the deeper you dig,
the more junk you see.
