Due to an error in setup, I did not get captures of BRO last night. If time
permits this evening, I will run some of the .wav files and see what
happens. I have found a strong carrier 1 Hz below LEK, and that may be
responsible for the following:

LEK was received clearly from 0330 to 0430 EST this morning (2/26). However,
after that, the signal to noise ratio went very low, and there was only a
2-line burst of partial copy between 0530 and 0600 EST.
