On further thought, I guess I'd need to quarrel with the concept of treating
each correct WOLF line as another set of 15 characters. With a very strong
signal (compared to what we're doing here), it might be possible to transmit
15 different characters every 96 seconds, and get it all out at the other
end. However, my understanding is that a cumulative process is taking place
at "normal" signal levels. If you run WOLF with the "-l" option, it stops
summing all the frames and treats each one individually. You'll find on the
LEK files that it greatly reduces the number of correct lines. But that
option does allow you to find the signal peaks rather nicely.
