[Lowfer] Medfer TX loop findings so far

All conductors in the wire were tied together. The shield in the cable is
pretty light duty but I still think that it could carry a few amps of
current without much of a problem. Resistance check shows pretty low
resistance. The resonating/ impedence matching network was the same with
both setups.
