[Lowfer] NC WOLF

Finally ran all of my audio captures from Saturday night/early Sunday
morning of NC's WOLF signal.
I ran 20 min captures and the first one time stamped at 12:46 AM showed the
first copy.  I guess the time stamp is after the 20 min recording starts so
it was 12:20 or so when first copied.  NC was solid in every capture until
about 6:10 AM.
Here's a small readout:
