I'm not sure my "tone" came across well in the earlier message.
I didn't mean to imply that anything was wrong with Jason's
coding structure (though I was not aware that it was built on
existing code from Argo and/or Spectran).

I think the moral of the story is that I really shouldn't comment
at all, without at least a basic understanding of the theories
behind the software.
