I am presently feeding audio from the computer into a phasing-type SSB
exciter (homebrew). The fudge is that the PA out at the antenna is not
linear. It all works, but I suspect that the signal is wider than it has to
be.

Dex made a filter-type SSB generator for his Jason transmissions, and that
should work for WOLF.

Most of the activity last year involved the other methods described in
Stewart's document or at Lyle's web site.
