[Lowfer] NC PSKŲ2 findings

As I stated earlier I was not seeing what I thought was a proper vector
presentation on the SpecLab terminal while receiving NC in PSK mode. I
have looked at the transmitted waveform and can see the 180 deg shift.
I see no problem with the TX signal. So back at the receiver I was
still not seeing the vector lines switching vertically on the scope and
it was again difficult to get good print. For the lack of anything else
to try I switched the HP receiver to LSB mode. The vector scope then
showed the lines near vertical and switching 180 deg. Print was perfect
and the signal was not as hard to tune. Decoding this signal shouldn't
be sideband sensitive should it? Could this difference be due to a
modulation problem? Could the problem be in the HP receiver? I'm using
low side LO injection into the DBM. I now wonder if I tried high side
injection if the mode for best copy switch back to USB. I guess that is
the next thing to try.
