   This is legit...theres what they call SPAM robots if you will. What these 
things do is surf the net to collect e-mail address so that you can be added 
{ without your consent } to a list so that you can be targeted for 
advertisements and all other sorts of junk.
The best thing to do if you post your e-mail address on a web site is to use 
something like [email protected].  The common internet user will know to 
take off the "nospam" following the .net on your address. The common SPAM 
robots will pick up the .netnospam address only to have a non working 
address.{grin}
