Mike,
take a look at HCMOS analog switches. For example 74HC4066.
With a 5V supply, the ON resistance is around 50 ohms per switch.
You could connect all four switches in parallel to minimize loss. Make
sure that the signal stays within the supply rails and the chip will =
work
as a super fast relay.
For some reason, the HC analog switches can be used at higher supply
voltages than other HC chips. Philips 74HC4066, for example, is =
specified
to work from 2 to 10V (absolute maximum 11V). At 9V, the mid-rail
ON resistance is down to 25 ohms per switch.
