[Lowfer] RAL still on the air

Does anybody know if RAL is still on the air on 184.6?  I thought I might have
another go at him tonight.  I have have had a "local carrier" on his frequency
in the past but maybe it (or he) has drifted a bit.  I've had good luck with
other NC stations and would really like to add him to my map.
