Just made the changes to the LWCA and Noise Floor lists. Later this afternoon
I'll start screen captures looking for LIP. Hoping for good results. At Bill's
suggestion, I'm going to purchase a 35 foot mast this weekend, and put it 
up just
for the active whip antenna.
