[Lowfer] What's the DX Record for a LowFER QSO?

Bill,  I was referring to Lowfer BA, Brice Andersen, W9PNE.  We use to
meet on 160M several times a week.  I would go to the LF shack and we
would try to QSO on LF.  Several times I could copy him but he couldn't
copy me and several times it was the other way around.
