[Lowfer] WE IP VD TMO WA into NC

Far short of a record but a first for me.  5 Lowfers with one hook.  WE
and IP are snuggled so close they are QRMing each other.  It's
interesting to watch the QSB between VD TMO and WA.  One of the
advantages of regional grouping.  Probably the best capture showing the
after sunrise fade on VD TMO and WA with WE and IP still in darkness can
