Hi Ralph,
Oh, the venerable Dr Jeffery Herman (read some o' the real life stories
on the KPH site http://www.radiomarine.org)! Last word I had with this
fascinating gentleman was in July of this year on another reflector
where he indicated that he was "not set up at all to monitor . . . from
a condo right now". I wonder if that situation has changed; why even
Steve VE7SL 160m QRP Beacon would like to be heard in Hawaii. All the
fella needs is an active whip & a receiver. Coast Guard & U of H can't
keep him that busy, can they?
