Hi Ralph,

Wow, only 1.75W ERP.  Almost Part 15, hi, not!  Guess you'd have to
dial down the input power & shorten your antenna height some 5 meters. 
Still 'tis pretty amazing to me.  Good work, Ralph.  Say, you got a
digital QSL?  Perhaps I will add it to my outdated website, hi!
