[Lowfer] ZL6QH again on 28Dec02

Great signal again last night from ZL6QH on 137 kHz.  I used the Argo
QRSS60 mode this time to get more spacing between the elements but the
signal was so strong smearing still happen.  I believe QRSS10 or even
Jason may have been Q5 at times.
