Yes that slant on the right is very close to the way WA looks on an inverted 
setup. I'd give you at least a 90% chance on this really being WA since it 
falls on the same base line as other pieces of the signal. If you had two 
slants it would be near 100% because the spacing/time between them can be 
measured and compared to the spacing on a strong capture.
