[Lowfer] TMO Beaconing

TMO is back on QRSS30 with "longer" than normal elements and spacing. I hope
that this will make it appear clearer on an Argo screen.

I installed Larry's captures as an Active Desktop item with some glue code
so that it updates auto-magically. I had my argo screen side-by-side with
his and watched through the evening as WA/ came and went. Sometimes Larry
would see him a little before me, sometimes I would see him first by a
minute or two. But the openings lasted the same time and seemed to have the
same depth/enhancement.
