[Lowfer] Web page update

Today I finished building a new receive loop for VLF.  It seems to tune
well down to at least 8 kHz.  I just updated my Low Frequency web page
to include a few pictures of it.  Also new to the page are a few
pictures of the NC lf power amp and a shot showing how it is located
below the coil inside the building.

As always, comments, corrections, and or suggestions are appreciated.
