A long while back, someone on this list posted a url to an article on
quantum antenna theory. I was interested in it, wanted to get back to
it, and of course have now lost it. If the person that posted the url is
still on the list, I would appreciate a re-post.

Is anyone else interested in this subject? Especially as it relates to
VLF, ELF etc.?
