Still having some problems setting up ARGO:

Using Build 128 on a 486 laptop w/ native sound support. Program seems
to function and displays as expected. Note that when input from rx is
disconnected the display changes to more streaks.

The output from rx goes into a 600/600 xfmr. Checked this on a tape
recorder and the sig is passing through from the rx. At times and at
186kHz, noise from the laptop registers in rx audio and s-meter rise.

At a clear freq from pc noise, I cam hear NDB DIW from NC land. But why
can't it display in ARGO? Shouldn't I see something? If yes, this may be
the root of my ARGO problems.

Over the weekend had me setting up a Pentium w/ SB16. But this was a
bust as some files couldn't be located on the W95 disk for SB16. The MS
site didn't help on getting those files. I'll wait on some cohort
support for that.

Any tricks to try?
