[Lowfer] New LEK exciter -corrections

I found some errors in my schematic diagram for the "bare bones" version of
the ZL1BPU DDS exciter, and a wiring error in the photo of my circuit board
(which seemed to work just fine anyway). The corrections have been uploaded
