Peter - just a quick note re: question 4- I used a 166 PC  486 for a long
time with ARGO - but only up to v128   - beyond that version, strange things
would happen and I lost more data than I saved. V128 worked 100% all the
time. So my recommendations would be to stick with 128 - until you get into
a pentium of some kind ( >200 MHz ) and then 130 and 131 work fine.
