[Lowfer] TMO reports

Hi, all!

If anyone is seeing both TMO and VD tonight, I would like a report of how
close we are to each other and what freq you measure TMO to  be on.

I worked on the exciter today but I don't think I managed to move it much.
It has a PLL so I have to change the reference osc. The trimmer cap appears
to have about 6 different positions ranging from "Incredibly far away" to
"Still outside the Argo window." One position should be labeled "Close
enough if Jay doesn't mind."

I tried "gimmick" caps (twisted wires) but they just seemed to pick up noise
that FMed the osc. and made the Argo screen look junky.
