Hello Lowfers,

I am activating a MEDFER beacon later this month and I invite comments and 
suggestions on my plan:

ID: MID, Meridian, Idaho, 1687.50 kHz, alternating CW and MCW at 8 WPM, 
Keying rise/fall time of 1 ms. Expected ERP of 1 mW.
