[Lowfer] TMO back on

I "re-built" TMO's loop. I got it about 8 feet off the ground an a little
more like a square. Also replaced the string halyards with stronger string
halyards.

I did not touch the exciter. Let's spin the "Wheel Of Frequency" and see
where we will end up...

WHIRRRRRR....

Clickety, Clickety, click, click...           click.

Ouch! 185.30916 KHz. Why, that's almost Microwaves by Bill's thinking 8-)

It will stay there for a few hours. Me? I'm off to the local pizza place to
reward myself for a job well done.

When I get back I will try to give the trimmer cap a random turn and spin
the wheel again.
