That's a bit high for the real portion of the impedance (the Rac). The 
ground was probably wet from yesterday's melt so you might find it more like 
.7 ohms today. Your antenna current (I = sq rt(1/Rac)) indicates you are 
near 100% efficiency so you are doing fine with the final and matching 
transformer.
