This is due to clipping by the noise blanker. "Clipping" should be avoided,
whenever possible, since it is a type of personal foul so it carries a 15
yard penalty here in the US. If Bill had his radio in Canada when the
clipping occurred I believe that the officials there would give him a few
minutes in the penalty box while the rest of the world would issue him a
"Yellow Card".
